If you are using a MAC OS system and do not want to install the app via the ipad store
then download from this link

after it has downloaded, go to the download icon on the mac start bar, normally bottom right
click on vpnclient.dmg , then drag it to the applications folder.
then enter your username and password.
you can find your username and password but loging into the betvhosting.net, click on services

then click on the your newest active product, scroll down , you will see vpn server information and your own details.
